We know that one of the most beautiful and unforgettable moments that exists in the life of every woman and her family refers mainly to the birth of a baby. Pacífica Salud, Punta Pacifica Hospital has designed three comfortable rooms located on the 5th floor of the hospital, exclusively for labor and delivery, which have been designed for the mother’s comfort. We have private rooms for family members.

Operating Room

The Operating Room, located on the 5th floor of the hospital, has been designed to offer the patient the most modern technology with specialized digital equipment that provide the highest quality level in their operations and imaging, so the highly qualified and accredited group of surgeons, anesthesiologists, technical and teaching supervisors, nurse technicians, instrument technicians, sterilization technicians, biomedical engineers, nurses’ aides, stretcher-bearers and assistants can solve the patients’ medical and surgical issues.

Neonatology

The Neonatology Area has highly qualified healthcare professionals and technological equipment that guarantee the highest quality care for your baby.

In this ward located on the 6th floor, you will find:
Modern incubators
Monitors
Weights
Ventilators, for babies in ICU
Breastfeeding room where the mother can extract the breast milk and store it, in case her baby is hospitalized, guaranteeing exclusive breastfeeding.

Intensive Care Unit

The Intensive Care Unit of Pacífica Salud, Punta Pacifica Hospital, located on the 5th floor, is equipped with supplies and equipment necessary to give high quality care, with leading technology for our patients.

Patients with a high risk of getting complicated, but with the possibility of a recovery, are admitted to this ward: hypertensive, diabetic, serious and complicated patients with recovery possibilities.

Medical and Pediatric Emergencies

In the Emergency Department, we are ready to take care of medical needs, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days of the year, in case of any event you may have during a medical emergency.

Perioperative Clinic

The Perioperative Clinic of Pacífica Salud, Punta Pacifica Hospital is the first private perioperative assessment clinic in our country, performing the risk assessment of all the patients to be operated in our hospital, which are referred by the surgeons who have booked a space in the Operating Room. This service is characterized by an individual, safe and quality pre-surgical care for the patients.

Cardiovascular Center

Pacífica Salud has a Cardiovascular Center, whose main benefit is to have, in one place, all the diagnostic machines for heart disease with different non-invasive modalities to determine the cardiovascular diseases that are number one in Panama.
